Thinking Well
Thinking Well was built by a therapy patient who felt that individuals and families experiencing mental illness need better support tools. Therapy can be expensive; patients need ways to maximize the value of care they receive from the dollars they spend. We are on a mission to equip our community with tools that make the mental health journey as impactful, efficient, and conducive to long term stability as it can be.
Our mobile app is the beginning of this mission as we provide a shared space for patients to deepen the relationship with their therapist and engage more thoughtfully with their mental health journey.

What makes Thinking Well stand out from other therapy apps?
Thinking Well is focused on deepening the relationship with your therapist by providing a collaborative space for patients to express their thoughts and feelings directly to their therapist. The app automatically processes your entries to provide insights into your thought patterns and help you fully engage with your therapy journey.
What about privacy?
A diary is personal and we intend to keep it that way. Thinking Well is designed from the ground up to be HIPAA compliant and keep your data safe. You own your data, decide who gets to see it, and take it with you wherever you go.
How do I connect my therapist to my Thinking Well?
Simply send your therapist a secure invite link via the app. Once they have downloaded the app and verified their credentials, they will automatically be linked to your account.
What if I switch therapists?
Your Thinking Well follows you wherever you go. Stop sharing data with your therapist at any time and take your Thinking Well with you as you continue your mental health journey.
